1. Read the Project Description Carefully
Before writing a single word, make sure you fully understand what the client needs. Take note of any specific requirements or questions asked in the project description.
2. Start Strong
Your opening sentence should grab the client's attention. Instead of starting with a generic 'Hi, I am...', start by addressing their core problem and how you can solve it.
3. Showcase Relevant Experience
Don't list all your past jobs. Only mention the projects and skills that are directly relevant to what the client is looking for.
4. Offer a Clear Solution
Briefly outline how you plan to approach their project. Giving them a mini-plan shows that you are proactive and understand their needs.
