Phase 1: The Brief and Discovery Call

Phase 4: Development and Quality Assurance
Once the concept is approved, you enter the execution phase. This is where the core building occurs. To ensure quality, develop a robust testing process. Check your work on multiple devices, run speed tests, or proofread your text multiple times. If possible, invite a peer to review your deliverables. Delivering a polished product that has been thoroughly tested shows high professionalism and reduces the time spent on corrective feedback.
Phase 5: The Handover and Feedback Loop
The final phase is the project handover. Present the finished work to the client and explain how it meets the goals established during the discovery phase. Provide a structured method for them to send feedback, limiting revisions to the agreed number of rounds.
