All services provided through the platform are delivered electronically only, and do not include any physical shipping or delivery via mail or courier services.

All digital services are delivered through the Glancers platform via messaging system or file upload feature.

Once the freelancer uploads or sends the final work, the order is considered "delivered."

The client receives an automatic notification upon delivery and can review the work or request revisions within the specified project timeframe.

The delivery time varies according to the duration set by the freelancer in the project details.

However, most projects are typically completed within 30 days or less from the start date, unless a different timeline is agreed upon in the project details.

The progress and delivery are monitored via the dashboard on the Glancers platform.

Modifications or additional requests from the client may extend the delivery time based on mutual agreement.

If the client does not receive the digital files or experiences difficulty opening them, they must contact the freelancer directly via the platform.

If the issue is not resolved promptly, the client can reach out to the Glancers support team to verify the delivery status.

Delivery proofs within the system (such as uploaded files or message logs) are used to resolve any disputes.
