Overview
We are seeking a motivated, articulate, and persuasive Telesales Representative to contact prospective clients, present company products and services, qualify leads, and close sales over the phone. The primary business objective is to convert prospect inquiries and outbound calling lists into committed buyers and achieve monthly revenue targets.

The candidate will conduct professional telephone consultations, handle customer inquiries and objections effectively, maintain rigorous CRM records, and follow up systematically to maximize conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

Scope of Work

Outbound & Inbound Calls: Reach out to potential and existing customers via phone to introduce product features, benefits, and special offers.
Lead Qualification & Needs Discovery: Ask targeted questions to understand client requirements and identify suitable solution packages.
Pitching & Objection Handling: Deliver compelling product presentations, address customer hesitations with confidence, and guide prospects toward purchasing decisions.
Deal Closing & Order Processing: Finalize sales agreements, confirm transaction details, and facilitate initial onboarding or payment collection.
CRM Maintenance & Follow-up: Record detailed call logs, lead statuses, and scheduled follow-ups in the CRM system; meet or exceed assigned monthly sales quotas.
