Scope of Work

Market & Competitor Research: Analyze market trends, pricing benchmarks, regulatory contexts, and competitor positioning within the medical device industry.
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns: Formulate product launch and promotional campaigns tailored to medical practitioners, purchasing managers, and distributors.
Sales Enablement & Content: Create professional product brochures, scientific one-pagers, presentation decks, and educational materials in coordination with the sales department.
