Overview
We are seeking a creative, organized, and reliable Freelance Social Media Specialist to manage and scale the social media presence for an emerging Fashion & Lifestyle brand. The primary business objective is to build an active, engaged community, establish a strong visual and narrative brand identity across target platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), and drive sustained audience engagement through trend-aligned content.

This engagement covers the full social media execution cycle: from creating monthly content calendars and writing compelling captions matching the brand?s voice, to collaborating with visual designers/videographers, managing daily community interactions, and analyzing monthly performance metrics to optimize growth.

Scope of Work

Content Planning & Ideation: Develop a comprehensive monthly content calendar incorporating current fashion trends, seasonal campaigns, and audience insights.
Copywriting & Publishing: Write engaging, brand-aligned captions with targeted hashtags; schedule and publish all approved posts, reels, and stories across active platforms.
Creative Collaboration: Coordinate closely with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers to ensure all creative assets are delivered on schedule.
Community Engagement: Actively monitor and respond to comments, direct messages (DMs), and community mentions on a daily basis to maintain high engagement.
Analytics & Optimization: Monitor content reach, engagement rates, and follower growth; deliver a concise monthly performance report with actionable recommendations.
